Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using muealpha.online or placing any order with Muealpha. By accessing this website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Muealpha Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U62090UP2024PTC198489, GSTIN: 09AARCM8479K1ZB), the company that owns and operates Muealpha.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Place Order", creating an account, or otherwise transacting on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service along with our:

All incorporated herein by reference. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and transact independently on this website. If you are below 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the purchase on your behalf, and by doing so, they accept these Terms on your behalf and take full responsibility for all transactions. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we have reason to believe the eligibility criteria have not been met.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account on muealpha.online:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately at support@muealpha.online if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• You may not create multiple accounts, impersonate another person, or use false information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these obligations.

4. Pricing and Taxes

• All prices displayed on muealpha.online are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• Our GSTIN is 09AARCM8479K1ZB (Prefix 09 indicating Uttar Pradesh registration).
• A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued electronically with every confirmed order.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price displayed at the time you place your order is the price you will pay, provided your payment is successfully captured.
• Shipping fees, if applicable, are shown separately at checkout and are not included in the product price.
• For jewellery and precious metal products, prices are subject to daily market rates and may be updated accordingly. The price confirmed at the time of order placement is the price charged.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

An order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase goods at the stated price and conditions. A legally binding contract is formed between you and Muealpha Technologies Private Limited only when we confirm that your payment has been successfully captured and we send you an order confirmation email containing a unique order ID (formatted as MUA######). Until that confirmation is issued, we reserve the right to decline or modify your order (e.g., if a product becomes unavailable between the time you added it to your cart and the time payment was processed).

6. Stock and Substitution

Muealpha offers jewellery, apparel, and fashion accessories sourced and stocked in varying quantities. While we endeavour to keep our inventory accurate in real time, situations may arise where a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed. In such cases:

1. We will notify you within 24 hours.
2. We will offer either a full refund to your original payment method or, where possible, a substitution of comparable style and value.
3. You are free to accept or decline any proposed substitution. We will never dispatch a substitute product without your explicit consent.

7. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order for the following reasons:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or unusual purchasing patterns.
• Product being genuinely out of stock despite inventory records.
• Incorrect price or description published due to a technical error.
• Undeliverable delivery address that cannot be served by our logistics partners.
• Failure to receive payment confirmation from the payment gateway within the processing window.

In all such cases, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, along with written notification of the cancellation reason.

8. Jewellery & Precious Goods Disclaimer

Products listed under Fine & Fashion Jewellery, including Gold, Diamond, Silver, Platinum, Gemstones, and Pearls, are subject to the following additional terms:

• Carat weights, stone grades, and metal purity are as described at the time of listing and verified by our sourcing team.
• Slight natural variations in gemstone colour, clarity, and cut are inherent to genuine stones and do not constitute a defect.
• Hallmarking and certification documentation, where applicable, will be included with the shipment.
• Gold and diamond products are priced basis prevailing market rates at the time of listing and may differ from spot prices on the date of delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on muealpha.online — including the name "Muealpha", our logo, product photographs, descriptions, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the exclusive property of Muealpha Technologies Private Limited or is licensed to us.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission.

10. User Content

If you submit a product review, photograph, or other content ("User Content") on our platform, you grant Muealpha Technologies Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content. You warrant that your User Content is truthful, does not infringe third-party rights, and is not unlawful or defamatory.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

1. Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
2. Purchase goods for resale without our written authorisation.
3. Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews.
4. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
5. Use automated bots, crawlers, or scraping tools on our website.
6. Engage in any activity that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

12. Disclaimers & Product Variations

Muealpha sources jewellery, apparel, and accessories from multiple vendors. Minor variations in colour, shade, texture, and dimensions may exist between product photographs and the actual item received. Minor variations of up to 5% from stated measurements are considered within acceptable tolerance.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Muealpha Technologies Private Limited's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
