Shipping & Delivery Policy

Overview

Muealpha ships apparel, fashion accessories, and costume jewellery directly from our primary fulfilment centre in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. We partner with premier Indian logistics carriers to ensure fast, reliable, and trackable delivery across the country.

1. Geographical Coverage

• Coverage: Pan-India delivery covering ~26,000 PIN codes across 28 States & 8 Union Territories.
• Metro & Tier-1/2 Cities: Served via air/express surface logistics (Delhivery & Bluedart).
• Remote / Hilly / Island Regions: Served via India Post (e.g., parts of Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep).

2. Shipping Options, Fees & Timelines

*Express Metro available for select pincodes in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai for orders placed before 12:00 PM IST.*

3. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

• Standard Processing Window: 24 – 48 hours from payment confirmation.
• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are queued for same-day packing.
• Peak Season Window: During major festival sales (Diwali, Navratri, Eid, Republic Day Sale), dispatch processing may take 48–72 hours due to high order volume.
• Fulfilment Days: Monday through Saturday (excluding gazetted national holidays).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

• Eligibility Limit: Available for orders up to ₹15,000 total value on COD-enabled PIN codes.
• COD Handling Fee: ₹49 flat fee charged at checkout.
• Orders Above ₹15,000: Mandatory prepaid payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking) for security and fraud prevention.

5. Order Tracking & Notifications

Every confirmed order generates a unique 6-digit order ID (MUA######).

1. SMS & Email Alerts: Tracking details and courier AWB numbers are dispatched immediately upon package pickup.
2. Online Order Tracking: Track live progress on muealpha.online/track or directly on courier carrier sites (Delhivery / Bluedart).

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery (RTO)

• Attempt Limit: Couriers will make up to 3 delivery attempts on separate business days.
• Return to Origin (RTO): If undelivered after 3 attempts or if address is invalid, parcel returns to Noida warehouse.
• Prepaid Refunds on RTO: Product value is refunded within 7–10 business days of parcel return to warehouse, minus outward delivery charges.
• Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete address details (building name, street, landmark, PIN code). Address changes cannot be made once parcel is dispatched.

7. Operational Holiday Schedule

Fulfilment operations are closed on gazetted national holidays:

• Republic Day (26 Jan)
• Independence Day (15 Aug)
• Gandhi Jayanti (02 Oct)
• Diwali (Main Day), Holi, Eid ul-Fitr, Christmas (25 Dec)

*Orders placed on closed holidays are dispatched on the next working day.*
