Overview

Muealpha ships jewellery, apparel, and fashion accessories directly from our primary fulfilment centre in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. We partner with premier Indian logistics carriers to ensure fast, reliable, and trackable delivery across the country. All jewellery and high-value orders are dispatched with tamper-evident packaging and insured transit.

1. Shipping Options, Fees & Timelines

*All Gold, Diamond, Silver, Platinum, and certified Gemstone orders above ₹10,000 are dispatched with complimentary shipment insurance covering full order value.*

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

• Eligibility Limit: Available for orders up to ₹15,000 total value on COD-enabled PIN codes.
• COD Handling Fee: ₹49 flat fee charged at checkout.
• Fine Jewellery Orders: COD is NOT available for Gold, Diamond, or Platinum products. Mandatory prepaid payment applies to all precious metal items regardless of order value for security.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

• Standard Processing Window: 24 – 48 hours from payment confirmation.
• Jewellery Orders: Fine jewellery items may require an additional 24–48 hours for quality inspection and secure packaging.
• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are queued for same-day packing.
